Abstract Sintered NdFeB materials are more and widely used in the military field because of their excellent magnetic performance cost performance. The demagnetization caused by impact was discussed this paper to provide a theoretical basis for application NdFeB. Firstly, experimental platform material under built, corresponding load calibrated using thin-film piezoelectric sensor. In experiment, changes were converted into an electrical signal that easy observe. curves induced electromotive force flux obtained different velocities impact. Then, new model proposed combined with results process sintered external field. based on stress knee-point hypothesis irreversible deterioration hypothesis. Finally, co-simulation established paper, identified parameters substituted numerical calculation. validity accuracy parameter selection verified comparing calculation results.
